I worked at Proximo for 1 year and really enjoyed it. I was challenged and supported and began taking on additional responsibilities as time went on. I was disappointed to leave the business but enjoyed my time there. Great company to work for! During my time at Proximo, I have felt supported and challenged within my role. Each day can vary, giving me the chance to improve my skills and knowledge in different areas. No communication between management.

Causing a high work load and added pressure. Targets are constantly moved. Management are awful and not at all understanding. Communication is poor between employees and managers.
