When I try to play a channel, I receive an error that states that the connection has timed out. This is usually an indication that the server is not running. Check to ensure that Orb Caster or TVersity is started on your computer. When I try to play a channel, I receive an error that indicates that stream is invalid or corrupt. You may receive this error if the channel you're trying to play is not currently part of your subscription.

Not all channels are included in all Sirius XM subscriptions. If you are subscribed to the channel, then it's most likely an issue with TVersity Media Server.

Open the TVersity console, switch to the status page, and review the Server Messages section for any errors.
